Cinevate Warranty Policy
All products must be registered within 30 days of purchase to activate warranties.
Cinevate is dedicated to producing products that possess critical levels of accuracy and are built to last. We stand by this dedication by offering warranty on all of our products.
Cinevate products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser whom has registered the product and provided a proof of purchase from Cinevate Inc., or an Authorized Cinevate Dealer, that clearly shows the purchase date. Cinevate does not warrant against any scratches or damages incurred while shipping. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Cinevate accessories will void this warranty. This offer applies only to complete Cinevate products and excludes third party products purchased through Cinevate Inc.
The warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from normal fare and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Cinevate products. In the event of a claim, Cinevate’s sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will Cinevate be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. As well, in no event will Cinevate have any personal liability whatsoever.
Customers have the option to return an item within 5 days after receiving it in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn’t meet expectations. Customers should contact Cinevate to request the return, explain the reason, and request shipping instructions and to acquire a mandatory RMA number. Cinevate charges a standard 25% restocking fee for each return. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the return.
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase or return.
