a couple times a year stillmotion hosts what they call 'the evolution experience'. they have put together a three day intense program that covers a wide array of subjects both practical and philosophical that is geared to help you evolve from videographer to cinematographer. this year was the first time the SM crew decided to take the evo experience on the road and head to australia.
on day two of the experience, attendees are broken into groups and go through three rotations of challenges. that evening, they edit their personal and group projects and present them on day three.
cinevate loves to promote education within our industry. for each workshop, the winner of the personal film category won a cinevate uno dslr rig.
