Customers have the option to return an item within 5 days after receiving it in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn't meet expectations. Customers should contact Cinevate to request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. Cinevate charges a standard 5% restocking fee. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy: All orders get shipped within 2 business days, unless an item is on back-order in which case you will be notified immediately. Shipping is calculated based on your country of origin and the weight of products ordered. Shipments are made using FedEx Express (insured, overnight delivery within North America, 2-3 business days elsewhere in the world) or FedEx Ground (not insured, within North America only, 8-10 business days). A shipping notification and tracking information is provided via email to the email address provided in your order.
